E-Learning Platform on Good Governance at Local Level

The aim of the project is to develop a full e-learning course on good governance at local level based on the Council of Europe work in this field, in particular the 12 European Principles on Good Democratic Governance and the European Label on Governance Excellence (known as “ELoGE”), as well as hosting and maintaining the e-learning courses and platform.
